    • Student Data: Name, admission number, class, section, roll number, photos, marks, and attendance.
    • Staff Data: Name, email, phone number, and subjects taught.
  • Usage Data: We may automatically collect information when you access the Service, such as your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and the time and date of your visit.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data for the following purposes:

All student data is entered by authorized school personnel, who are acting with parental consent. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal data from a child without school and parental consent, we will take steps to delete such information.

We may use third-party advertising companies, such as Google AdSense, to serve ads when you visit the non-login, public-facing pages of our website (like our homepage, blog, or about page). These ads are NOT shown inside the secure school management dashboard.

  • Google's use of the DART cookie enables it and its partners to serve ads to our users based on their visit to our site and other sites on the Internet.
